Shipping Policy

Advanced Office Solutions provides fast, reliable delivery during regular Business Hours to most locations in the continental United States.*

Shipping is free on most orders over $75.00.

Small orders under $75.00 may incur a small order fee of $10.00.

Delivery is fast with most orders arriving within one or two business days.

We pick, pack, and ship most orders on the same business day when received before 2pm in your local time zone.

Large orders/items may require special handling. In such instances we will inform you of any additional freight fees prior to releasing your order. An example of such an item is a Fire File which may require a scheduled delivery with more than one delivery person and a dock to safely complete the order. Large orders/items may require an extended delivery time of three to ten business days.

Advanced Office Solutions defines Business Days as Monday through Friday and excludes Holidays. We define regular Business Hours as 8am to 5pm. Deliveries not on a defined Business Day and not during regular Business Hours may be subject to additional charges.

Upon receipt of your order, we may provide an estimated delivery date. Dates may vary due to delivery location, types of products ordered, and carrier freight practices. Estimated delivery dates apply to confirmed orders placed before 2pm in your local time zone and where credit has been approved and product availability has been confirmed.

Some orders may arrive in separate shipments from various carriers to lower the cost of delivery.

Seasonal items like calendars, organizers and planners may sell out for the season and require additional fees when sourced from secondary warehouses or directly from the manufacturer. In such instances we will contact you first and gain your approval prior to shipping your order/item.

*Advanced Office Solutions does not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Return Policy

In general, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Advanced Office Solutions purchase you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason so long as the product is in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts. If you choose to return your Advanced Office Solutions purchase, you will need to contact Customer Service
at 1-770-533-9595 or customerservice@aosonline.com.

1. Office Products: You may return Office Products within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

2. Software: Unopened Software must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

3. Ink and Toner: If the wrong item has been ordered or delivered and the package remains unopened Advanced Office Solutions will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. If you discover the product to be defective your claim must be made within 30 days of receipt.

4. Technology Products: Business Machines and Technology Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This includes but may not be limited to copiers, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, printers, computer peripherals, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, shredders, digital projectors, Bluetooth and wireless items, digital picture frames and networking products. Your purchase must be in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts.

5. Furniture: All products must be inspected and accepted as satisfactory at the time of delivery. All claims of damage must be made upon receipt. Furniture that has been assembled or is not in its original packaging may not be returned.

6. Food Products and other items marked as non-returnable may not be returned as they are prohibited from being resold per Georgia state law. We encourage our customers to donate these types of items to a local Food Bank, Charity or Non-Profit.

7. Special Orders and Custom Orders: Special and/or Custom orders are made to your specifications and so are only returnable if found to be defective upon receipt of product.

8. Concealed Damage: Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Claims of hidden damage must be made at the time of delivery.

9. Restocking Fees: The return or cancellation of a large item or a large quantity of items may incur a restocking fee and/or freight charges. In general, whenever a supplier or a manufacturer charges Advanced Office Solutions with restocking fees and/or freight charges we will pass each along to our customer.
