In general, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Advanced Office Solutions purchase you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason so long as the product is in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts. If you choose to return your Advanced Office Solutions purchase, you will need to contact Customer Service

1. Office Products: You may return Office Products within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
2. Software: Unopened Software must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
3. Ink and Toner: If the wrong item has been ordered or delivered and the package remains unopened Advanced Office Solutions will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. If you discover the product to be defective your claim must be made within 30 days of receipt.
4. Technology Products: Business Machines and Technology Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This includes but may not be limited to copiers, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, printers, computer peripherals, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, shredders, digital projectors, Bluetooth and wireless items, digital picture frames and networking products. Your purchase must be in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts.
5. Furniture: All products must be inspected and accepted as satisfactory at the time of delivery. All claims of damage must be made upon receipt. Furniture that has been assembled or is not in its original packaging may not be returned.
6. Food Products and other items marked as non-returnable may not be returned as they are prohibited from being resold per Georgia state law. We encourage our customers to donate these types of items to a local Food Bank, Charity or Non-Profit.
7. Special Orders and Custom Orders: Special and/or Custom orders are made to your specifications and so are only returnable if found to be defective upon receipt of product.
8. Concealed Damage: Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Claims of hidden damage must be made at the time of delivery.
9. Restocking Fees: The return or cancellation of a large item or a large quantity of items may incur a restocking fee and/or freight charges. In general, whenever a supplier or a manufacturer charges Advanced Office Solutions with restocking fees and/or freight charges we will pass each along to our customer.
